The staff were not over the top friendly but nice.I had a deluxe pedicure.i was not sure what to expect.I don't think I will do a deluxe over a regular again, I don't see it's worth the money.The regular nail polish is holding up good as usual.i do however have a in grown toe nail a week later.i was not crazy that they did not use spa liners however things looked pretty clean.

Sammie and all of the girls are phenomenal! Talented artists and super friendly staff! They go above and beyond for all of their clients 100% of the time! I've never had a bad experience and I get all of my manicures, pedicures, and waxing done here!

One thing that I value is exceptional customer service!!! Sandra did my nails and KP did my 9 year old's nails. We were made to fee comfortable from the moment that we walked in until we left! All techs were busy upon arrival , and someone spoke when we walked in, confirmed our appointments and directed us to nail colors! Our appointments started on-time. The decorations were gorgeous, and drinks are included with your service! We will definitely be back!My service was a dipped set with no tips. My daughter received a kid's manicure.PS - we are new to Tennessee, and the welcoming environment meant more than it Normally does for this appointment!
