Well let's just let the public know that this hospital doesn't have any professional integrity nor do they (CARE) about animals. Sadly I took my 5 week old puppy to them due to him having a severe infection from a wound. I walked in the door with my lifeless fur baby and let the a hole at the front desk ( who I'm assuming is the veterinarian) know we needed help immediately due to my babies failing health on 10/7/2024 I pleaded with them saying I did not want my baby to die and they basically said they could care less cause we didn't have an appointment!!! I'm beyond upset to say the least and I think they should be reported and lose there license. What kind of veterinary clinic can see a puppy that's dying and refuse to help. Obviously only them cause I went to cascade animal hospital and I was welcomed with open arms. They were the most kind and amazing people that truly care about animals. I was not turned away instead 5 minutes later I was in the radiology room meeting the vet who is beyond fantastic. Within minutes my baby was shaved and I was signing a form for anesthesia. My pups better now but had it been up to them he'd be dead. I'm contacting the BBB in the morning and if I have to I will petition the state because any doctor that would refuse a puppy needs to lose his business. I just think it's beyond terrible and they should lock there doors. How can u in your right mind refuse a sick border doodle that is beyond cute. Please take her to these words and let's shut there doors for good!!!!!!!

I have never left a review about a vet clinic. But this guy working there is so rude. I haven't seen the vet yet. But I have a kitten who has had diarrhea for two wks and they set us up a appointment. But I called yesterday to see if I could get him in sooner and the guy that answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. But I called back and left my number for the vet to call me to see if I can get him in sooner but no one called so I called today and he answered and he was still rude and told me to go somewhere else. And told me that she would be back in the morning. He was arguing with me told me I cussed him out last wk and hung up on him and I've never met him at all or talked to him except for yesterday. So does any one know why they keep him working there? According to the reviews I'm not the only one he has been rude and disrespectful too. He has no place answering phones for anyone or working with the public at all. So I made my fur baby a appointment somewhere else for tomorrow. ? so thank you for telling me to go somewhere else.

I never leave reviews, but I had to for this place.... They have been very good to our dog Ollie & have even called/text just to check in on him when he's been sick. Their entire staff has been very loving & genuinely cared for our boy & I couldn't ask for more from them.
