I really loved my new hair they did its the best place ever nice staff and very amazing workers they are great people just go and talk to them and they will talk to you I really appreciate yall great clips the best store ever ❤️ ?
Normally I have had better experiences with great clips than my most recent visit today on 8-8-25, until I had Mallory attempt to cut my hair. Given it's been a while since my last haircut it seemed she was trying harder to not cut my hair than she was to do even a decent job. Once I realized and seen she that she would try to angle the mirror away from uneven cuts it was too late. Honestly the worst haircut I've had in 10 years, closer to the time tried to cut it myself, look out for MALLORY! UPDATE!!! I spoke with the manager and she said I can come back and they'll fix it. A big thank you to Shurrea she was fast friendly and understanding
Chriss did an excellent job on my naturally curly hair. I have a lot of anxiety about salons due to previous terrible experience, so it had been about 4 or so years since my last cut.
She has a great personality and took care while cutting. 10/10! Thank you so much!
