If you go into this office and can’t find anybody to help you, it’s because they’re also busy taking the time that no other real estate broker just seem to have these days to sit down and get to know their clientsBe warned though once you step in this place and become a friend, you’ll never be able to stop by and visit without spending 15 minutes talking to everybody who wants to hear about your latest goings-onThat’s just the first tiff when it comes to know when their business, this team bleeds breathes and sleeps real estate, and I sometimes joke that Tad would leave his own retirement party to go close a deal.

I didn't care for how they do it there was no registration. Just men n orange blazers yelling n bid to auctioneer. Not my style at all. Sorry not sure I will attend another. Selling one acre lots for 90,000$ + is completely and totally outrageous. I don't care where you are. No sorry this wasn't inside city limits of shelbyville nor murfreesboro let alone metro Nashville. So yes this is unreasonable. I understand this isn't small items I been to land auctions before n have been a land opener on several occasions. Stop talking to me as if I don't know what I taking about. Bedford county only value the property assessments office deems at this property is only worth of a maximum of $50,000 I don't care what somebody's willing to pay that doesn't make it worth the value. You are ridiculous I don't care how many years you been n business.
