First off , this is not Daniel Batten reviewing. For some reason Google always puts my reviews in his name. I am Capri Batten and am disappointed with the whole experience. I took a jacket in that the zipper had broken to have a new one put in. That was 2 months ago. This is June 15 ad I took it there in April. The lady told me it may take a couple weeks to get the zipper and she would call when it was ready. 3 weeks later, no call. So I go check on it and a told they still don’t have the zipper and will call when they do. 6 weeks later, same thing. Still waiting on zipper So today go in with the intentions of just saying let me have my coat back and I will get someone else. Lo and behold it is ready !! $34 to put in a zipper after waiting over 2 months ! The jacket didn’t even cost $34. My jacket is blue and had a blue zipper , now there is a big white zipper on the blue jacket. I can get used to that , I think , but still think I should have had a phone call saying they are not able to find a blue zipper and would a white one be ok ? Then after she tells me it’s $34 and after being shocked by the price I handed her my debit card only to be told I have to pay in cash and she points to a sign on the wall that says cash only So I had to walk out AGAIN for the 4th time without my jacket. I went and got cash and came back , but that’s the last time I will be back. I felt like my business was more of a burden to them than an appreciation

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This has to be the worst customer service I ever received! I should have left town HOURS ago for a wedding!!!!! I took my bridesmaids dress here two weeks ago just to have the top taken in 1 inch. I asked if it would be done by the 13th and the receptionist assured me it would be done way before then. Yet on the 14th, the day after the requested date, my dress is not even at the cleaners. I never received any calls with an update. I've now called three times today and each time the receptionist assured me the person would bring my dress after she got off work at 4 PM. She even said she would stay late if she had to. I called at 4:15pm to confirm a pick up time. I even offered to come at 4:45pm stating I knew they closed at 5pm. The receptionist said as soon as the lady got there, she would call me. I called again at 5:30pm and they're now closed! I went up there and no one was there! Seriouslyyy!! This is BAD business!! You think a place that has been open as long as this would have better service. This town deserves better than this! If you can find any other alteration services, I recommend trying them first!

I'm upset that this place ruined my husband's dress pants. He brought a pair of jeans and dress pants to get altered. I didn't notice until after we got home that the dress pants were hemmed and no cuffed. He came back in to bring it to their attention and they couldn't fix it. I will not give business to a company that has no remorse for ruining a peice of clothing. A pair of pants is hard to get in my husband's size. Now it's more shopping and searching to hopefully find another pair ?Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Brought a dress here to have the hemline altered two weeks ago. Got it back today and it was balled up and not even touched. So now, I’m two weeks out and will be rushing for alterations. GO ELSEWHERE, AND DO NOT SUPPORT.

I had 8 Waverly polished cotton designer fabric about 39.00 a yard dry cleaned the sheen was gone and braided trim was hanging loose on 5 panels there was pressing lines on fabric meaning when they were pressed fold lines were left I also had 3 pillow shames vintage did not press ruffle on sham flat leaving creases on all of ruffled edges instead of pressing ruffles by hand j2 had been starched 1 had not I'm from Seattle I guess the dry clean different here I am absolutely not fussy I just wanted a nice dry cleaning and pressing nothing special at all I did not go back to show them the problem I did not want a repeat of first time but I have pictures also one of the hangers 2 of panels were on was very sticky leaving residue on curtain I did keep that as well so sad not a unreasonable picky person at all I never leave bad reviews on any business ever ! So sad not a good experience
