I am a retired contractor myself. I live out of state and hired Brian King to replace a shingle roof with a metal one on one of my cabins. This was in December 2023. These guys DO IT RIGHT! I have lost thousands of dollars with dishonest contractors in Sevier County in the past including another roofer. I requested and they provided pictures of the entire scope of work. Nice to find someone who does honest work in the area! Thanks guys! I know who to call next time.

Brian King Roofing did am amazing job repairing my roof. They were quick to respond, provided before and after pictures, and were excellent with their communications. I found them on Chalet Village Facebook and all the accolades were exactly what I experienced. I highly recommend them!
