Customer care is an A+ and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable, going out of their way to help.
Carol T does my hair. I get bleach on the scalp and she’s gotten a brighter, whiter blonde than anyone else. She’s been doing hair for 40 years and she’s made a believer out of me. She’s got skills.
Why is everyone so rude here?!? Literally the only nice people are the people that work in the salon and in the brow bar….everyone else I have EVER had any contact with have been COMPLETELY rude. I go to this Ulta very often and today the cashier was rude to me and my young daughter was with me and she asked me why the lady was rude? Not a good look for yall
Colby was phenomenal! Greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. Was knowledgeable about the skin care products, locations, and was quick with secondary recommendations of a few items that were out of stock.
