Customer care is an A+ and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable, going out of their way to help.
Great experience. I was just perusing the hairbrushes and Destiny stopped by. I don’t usually ask for help, but she really was warm and helpful. So I keep perusing and ask her more questions and she’s great. I then went to check out and Lillian was my cashier and she is sweet as well. She suggested some great things like the sale and things I might enjoy. Felt like I was talking to some friends, wonderful time in that store. I live far away but will definitely be back.
Carol T does my hair. I get bleach on the scalp and she’s gotten a brighter, whiter blonde than anyone else. She’s been doing hair for 40 years and she’s made a believer out of me. She’s got skills.
Why is everyone so rude here?!? Literally the only nice people are the people that work in the salon and in the brow bar….everyone else I have EVER had any contact with have been COMPLETELY rude. I go to this Ulta very often and today the cashier was rude to me and my young daughter was with me and she asked me why the lady was rude? Not a good look for yall
