Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They had actually had parts instead of just part numbers. We took a broken roll pin inside and the gentleman brought out a new one and allowed us to fix it on-site.

We had a propane tank issue. My husband called Ricky's RV repair. They called back in just a few minutes and told us they would be at our campsite between 4 and 5. They called when on their way. Arrived just a couple minutes before 4. They had to replace the gas valve and had to set something on our furnace. They did a great job and had us back up and running in short order. Would recommend them to others
