My wife and I just recently bought a townhouse in Sevierville.We needed to replace the carpet in three rooms, two of which were very large rooms. We thought about using Lowe's or Home Depot but decided we would go to a local carpet store. We looked at the reviews for Phil's Carpets and Flooring and decided that this would be the store to use. Upon arrival at the store we were immediately greeted by Dee Flanagan who showed us numerous options for new carpeting and spent a good amount of time working with us to select the right carpet for our townhouse. Dee was very accommodating and never tried to push any higher priced carpet.
We used Phil’s to have our carpet re-stretched and they did an excellent job! They were on time and very efficient! We highly recommend them for how easy they are to work with, how well they communicated and the price.
