Decided for the first time ever to get prescribed for contacts today. I called, he answered immediately with a very friendly demeanor. He told me to go ahead and come in as soon as id like. I drove there and he greeted me with a big smile.
He did the eye-exam, taught me how to put them in and take em’ back out. He was patient with me and extremely personable. We shared some good laughs and he sent me on my way.
I’m loving these contacts and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Not to mention the incredible price compared to every other place I called.

I will be coming back to Dr.Lane for how kind and willing he was to help me while I was in a pinch. I suddenly got a double eye infection and had no glasses to get me through. He was the only place in Sevierville I could find that would have glasses ready for me when I really needed them. Service was great and enjoyed our conversation. He was nice, helpful, and I will be coming back. Thank you again Dr.Lane!

I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. I had just left the DMV and failed my eye exam, with no appointment I walked in and asked for help. This man greeted me right away and within 60 seconds I was in his chair getting a eye exam. He had my glasses ready in 20 minutes but didn't leave for over an hour because he was so amazing to talk to. Highly recommend
