Middle Creek Family Practice is highly regarded for its efficient and caring staff. Patients appreciate the quick response from doctors and attentive nurse practitioners who listen and address concerns promptly. The office has been updated for better efficiency, especially during blood draws. Many patients, including those from out of town, feel comfortable and confident with the care received. The practice is known for providing thorough exams, timely follow-ups, and a friendly, clean environment. Overall, the staff truly has patients' best interests in mind and delivers excellent primary care.
My husband and I both agree this is the most efficient group of primary care doctors and staff in our area. We live in Jefferson County but it worth the drive to get medical care we are comfortable with.The remodel makes the annual blood draw much more efficient. The doctors are there quickly when you need them with solutions to your problems and really listen to you.
Moved from out of town and this was one of the offices that took Ambetter.
We had our initial exams and the experience could not have been better. On time, nice clean and bright office. Nurse practitioners were very attentive and made certain all questions were answered. Followed up with prescriptions and referrals on same day. Very happy we found this office! Highly recommend.
The smell is awful inside the clinic I was told it was from the remodeling when I complained they were glueing down floors its really hard on a person with lung disease and on oxygen
