Awesome customer service!! Went jogging with my dog and something spooked him.. needless to say my phone and myself smacked the asphalt and they got it repaired same day!! Convenient to not have to leave town or wait on insurance to ship a new one!! Will definitely continue using and/or recommend for all tech repairs!!

Upon arriving we were met by Joy and told her our laptop wouldn't turn on. She plugged it in and was able to turn it right on. She has the magic touch. Next, we needed to have an older laptop looked at but part of our cord was missing(the section that goes from "box" into the laptop) she told us we could get a replacement easily at Walmart. We will and then we'll bring laptop back to store. We chose this store because they had overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google. Even the poor reviews convinced me they were a store to be trusted. As soon as i came in, the lady was very sweet and was able to verify the issue with my phone within minutes, and had my phone done within an hour, great service highly recommend going to them to fix your phone or other devices!
