Couldn't recommend anyone more. He did our home inspection over 3 years ago, gave us the most detailed inspection, along with details on how to fix everything.
Now 3 years later I called him with a new issue that later developed in our home and he pulled up our inspection from 3 years ago and talked me through the process and explained everything to me. Wonderful person to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Even 3 years later.
Michael Sweeney did a home inspection for me. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. He even took me around the house explaining everything he found, gave recommendations, and answered all the questions that I had. I highly recommend him!
I highly recommend Mike! He really took his time to look through every detail on an older house built in an area with no code requirements. He stayed out with me for 5 hours and pointed out every potential VA home loan issue and made fix recommendations. He also checked out the wired and plumbed shop on the property for no additional charge. I received my report the same evening we did the inspection. I got lucky looking for a home inspector when I found him.
