“On 6/8/26 I had a Havac co come and do maintenance on my A/C. The tech it needed some repairs done, which he did. A week later A/C shut down, they sent another tech, who said he found the problem and fixed it. Then on July 9 it shut down again, so they sent another tech out, who could not get it working! I told the tech I was going to call another Havac co because I was done with them. Someone recommended Lee Co. I called them on July 10 around 4:30PM after other tech left. The gentleman who answered the phone listened to my problem very patiently and said he would try to get a tech out that evening, which was so surprising because the other co said they couldn’t. That evening around 7:30PM Chris Murray Havac tech came to see what was going on? He was outstanding, he found the issue and said he needed to get the
part, which he did, and fixed it! I was so thankful for his expertise, patience and kindness!

They called & came out the next day and installed it. Austin the repair man was very friendly and polite. He worked continuously to put the new part in and checked the system fully before leaving.
