I was experiencing delamination issue on my 2018 Subaru Legacy infotainment system. Subaru of America refused to help even though it is a known issue.
I called Smith Audio and he helped me identify the correct digitizer screen for my system and sent me a link so I could make the purchase. Soon as it arrived he professionally installed the screen. Smith audio is awesome. Fantastic customer service and pricing. I would definitely recommend for your audio needs

Needed my stereo unit in my jeep looked at since the screen went out. Called Smith Audio and there was no answer. I thought I’d call back later. About 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was the shop calling back, I was impressed but couldn’t speak at that time so I sent a text. They responded to my text and we texted for a few minutes until we decided to take it to the shop to get a proper diagnosis of my stereo. They responded next day I took the jeep in and I was impressed once again by the professionalism and honesty, I was given options and honest feedback to each and they took the time to throughly go over any questions and pricing I had.
