Rural Health Services Consortium, Inc. has very good doctors and a pharmacy of their own, so patients can get medication after a visit. It is a great place with great doctors, staff, and pharmacy. Many tests can be done there without going to different places. The doctors make patients feel welcome, and the staff is friendly. The entire pharmacy, lab, and every receptionist receive top ratings. Friendly service is always the best service, and patients feel like they have a building full of friends. No one has ever had a bad experience there, which is amazing for a doctor's office.

I don't even go in to the pediatric suite, but people in there wave at me as I am walking in.
Friendly service is always the best service, and I feel like I have a building full of friends there every time I go. As I type this, I have noticed one thing that stands out, I have never had a bad experience there. That is amazing considering how often I have to go, and considering it's a Doctor's office. Great place.
If you go there, always be kind to the people there, they are trying to help you!!
They listen & go out if their way to help you. Great set of Drs & FNPs. They were great until I found out that when the phone lines are down, they claim they can't get a message through on the computer either. IT person. Should be no correlation.

I was seen starts Roan Mountain Rural Health services in February 7th, 2018. At 2 a.m. That morning had a horrible cough, couldn't breathe well, cold and clammy, teeth chattering...this went on for 3 hours...I got in with Roan Mountain Clinic (I am a patient there and see Jamesia Harris FNP). She found my b/p to be extreme!y low...72\54...she would not allow me to drive home but called the ambulance to take me to Sycamore Shoals Hospital in Elizabethton. Once tgere , chest X-Ray confirmed left lobe pneumonia...blood work confirmed troponin level elevated...echo and stress confirmed I had had a heart attack.
