I take offense to the previous review. I have been using this company for 3 years. My experience has been the exact opposite. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and patient with someone who is not a geek. All of his work has been exceptionally good.
We have been using PC Virus Tech for 5 years or longer. They have always done an excellent job for us. From installing the wiring for the business, hooking up the computers, to fixing them and installing the software we need. I have and would recommend this company highly.
I'm an aspiring writer and my thumb drive, which had my various stories stored on it, somehow become rusted in the usb part of it. The guy at PC Virus Tech, cleaned it and although it worked now and then, he was able to save it to another thumb drive. I gladly paid the $35 for the new thumb drive and the retrieval of my years of hard work.Thank you, PC Virus Tech.
