Excellent experience. My core strengthening has been effective in managing my back pain and ambulatory endurance exponentially with the ultimate goal to avoid surgical intervention. Liz E. & Liz R. were so professional, engaged and encouraging it made me want to do the hard work! Hopefully I won't require PT in the future but if I do, I know where I will go. Ashton is the receptionist and is an extremely good representation of frontline PR. Competent and so nice.
This was my 1st experience with any type of physical therapy after Total Knee Replacement the staff at BenchMark Rockwood were excellent from day one. I saw different Therapist throughout my recovery and each and everyone was professional, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area. Thank you Ashton, Rachel, Justin, Mathew, Andrew, Bethany and Liz. You all made my recovery possible. I’m grateful for each of you.
I initially started going to Benchmark in October after a fractured knee and ankle. I thought life would never be the same for me. The encouragement I recieved from the therapists and the knowledge they had about my fractures was proof that I was at the best physical therapy. The level of professionalism in which they provide care and the ability to reach to the human side of the patient was awesome. They were as excited to see our improvement as we were. I walked out of there today as if I had never had a fracture. You all are amazing, each and every one of you. Keep up the awesome work!
