Wonderful experience with Heidi at the Button, the Needle, and the Wardrobe. Admittedly, I was drawn in by the eye-catching name, and I was not disappointed. From setting my appointment, to measuring, to picking up my altered bridesmaid dress, Heidi was incredibly professional and made my experience seamless. I will be recommending her to everyone who needs an alteration done.
This place is great. They are honest about timelines. Communicate well. I never feel rushed when I am there. Steve and Heidi take their time and make sure things are done right. In a world where customer service seems to be dying, this place stands out. 5 stars!
I spoke with Steve and Heidi who is the seamstress she gave me some very helpful advice on my repair needs for my coat. I would definitely recommend because of their honesty and integrity.
