Have to give these guys 20/10. They were able to cram us into their schedule at super short notice and showed up the next day several hours earlier than expected. Cleaned the tank in record time and explained the best practices going forward They have the best prices I have found in the Mid-TN area. I really appreciate the work they did. Thank you Mr. Jones!!

Jones Septic Service came out early Monday morning for a routine septic pumping after I booked an appointment the Friday before. I had a busy day planned and I really appreciate how they showed up early morning and on time. They did the work professionally and left. The price was excellent and the same as what was quoted over the phone when I booked the appointment. If you need your tank flushed (every 3-5 years recommended) these local dudes can be counted on.
