When we first moved in, Quality Service Inc repaired our broken heater. Unfortunately, it broke down again the next winter, but when we called them again, they fixed it free of charge since it was the same piece they replaced the year before that had broken down. It's been 5 years and the heater has been going strong since.

Great company / bunch of people to work with. Everyone was professional but down to earth good people. They installed my new Trane heat & air unit quickly with no problems, My home has never been more comfortable. The unit in our business went out, and after getting quotes from several providers in the area, Quality Service was considerably less expensive for the same unit quoted by others.From quote to purchase, we were able to have the new unit installed in less than five days (the technician was actually out the day after we accepted the quote). The new unit works much more efficiently than our old one and will pay for itself over the course of the next year.Mike, Paul and the Quality Service team were friendly and professional during the entire process; I can't recommend them enough!Services: Heating system installation
