We had issues with our heater at 7am on a Sunday in the middle of an ice storm. I had no idea who to call but chose Birdwell based on their great reviews. The owner got back with me and kept me up to date on when someone could get here. Having heating issues when it’s that cold and on a Sunday is stressful so it was so great that I didn’t have to wonder if/when someone would be here. Jamie arrived to fix our heater. He went above and beyond to help and got us up and running again in no time. I’m so grateful for Birdwell Heating and Cooling and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
They are so great! We joined their Gold Club! You will not be disappointed with their recommendations for a new ac unit (which we did last year). It has saved us money! And it works great! (It's a Coleman)
