My first time there and everyone was very kind. I do think that only 10 minutes per appt is not enough for everyone and I’m afraid that something may be put off, that shouldn’t be or, an issue may be overlooked altogether.

Darryl Smith, PA-C is absolutely amazing! My husband is very pleased with him & the treatment he's been getting! Darryl never forgets a face, he always remember us even if it's been a year in between. We won't go anywhere else. The office staff was wonderful as well! We will either go to Columbia or Pulaski because they are both great! Wish i could give more than 5 stars!

I'm very happy with the care I received at Skin Solutions in Pulaski. The NP and her assistant were friendly, professional and informative. The office staff were super, answered my questions and made me an appointment with the Brentwood office for further services I'm interested in.This was my third or fourth yearly checkup and while the original staff has changed the care has been consistent.
