Sensei Luke is a great trainer and very good with the kids. He not only teaches self defense skills at the highest level, he teaches life skills as well. My grandson Lucas has learned so much in the last 2 years and he came in with 4 years experience from another great out of state school. I would highly recommend Myers PMA to anyone interested in starting in their martial arts career. You won't be disappointed!

My family has been going here for several years, and it’s truly become something special for us. It gives us a shared hobby, quality time together as parents and kids, and a place to grow side by side. Had a rough day? There’s always a bag you can hit—or if you’re in the adult class, you might even get the chance to spar with me (and yes, I’ve been punched in the face and even had my helmet knocked off… twice!).
