Birchwood Kennels came through for us when our house was struck by lightning and I needed day care services so I could work through the remediation process. They were so kind and helpful. My girls loved the staff! Grooming offered on Fridays while your pooch is at day care.

I have been taking my two fur babies there for years and have always been treated with respect on the phone and in person. I would not take my babies just anywhere. Dave always calls or sends a text if something is wrong with them. Dave and his staff are caring and very professional! I would highly recommend them above any other in the area. To the person that said they were rude, I wonder how you were talking to whomever was talking on the phone.

I had my dog groomed here yesterday and cannot believe how absolutely she looked! Perri (the groomer)was awesome, listened and did exactly what I was wanting done! I will definitely make future appointments here! ☺️
