Had A-1 Finchum come out to our house to determine why our new A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday. The tech found a blocked drain line on the side of my house. Once he unblocked it the A/C worked as normal. Had a timely response and a good fix to my problem.

Bryce came to our home to install a new programmable thermostat. He is extremely nice, polite and profressional. He made sure I understood how to program and work the app on my phone. He is a great asset to A1 Finchum.

The concrete pad for the outside units had settled and leaning causing unbalanced and loud noise. Called A-1 Finchum and they were over that afternoon and leveled the units, restoring quiet and efficient running. Prompt, courteous, and successful service!
