We have been using and working with Turner Refrigeration for the last couple of years. Our Whirlpool washer started off w/simple dance moves at first (roughly 1½ years after purchasing). It then moved on to Line Dancing and most recently took up Rodeo. Ashley & Dakota have been awesome. They tried everything to tame the beast and after the 4th service call (extended warranty was a God send) Ashley arranged for the warranty service to replace everything but the chassis. Good as new washer but more importantly, we now have an excellent and dependable appliance repair service company! UPDATED Turner followed-up and are currently taking care of our service needs. Changed my 1-star review to 4. Our HVAC system and ductwork needed maintenance. We appreciate their customer service. —-

I worked here for a while but I've known them for several years now during my time there they always treated the customers with kindness and respect serviced them to the best of their abilities the office staff is very kind considerate and knowledgeable 10/10 would recommend
