I had to have my septic tank pumped. They were very quick to respond to a phone call and were quick to respond via text message as well. When the crew came out they very professional and were able to answer any and all questions that I had. They were able to guide me through the rest of the work that needed to be done to resolve other septic issues I was having, which they offered to assist with.

Great company to do business with. I called late Monday to ask about pumping out my tank. He told me he could be out the next morning. Showed up when he said he was going to and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your septic needs. Thanks

Efficient service pumping out my septic. Location of septic tank was unknown, they had the necessary tools to locate and dig up the tank cover. At suggestion also had installed a better access cover for future service. Follow up call by Swafford to verify service satisfaction and new access height was acceptable. Came out and adjusted access height to sit better with yard height.
