My sister received services through VHC. She received great care for the short period of time she had home health. The staff was very friendly and provided great quality of care. Their aides and nurses were very helpful and timely while she received care.They have excellent medical knowledge. I would recommend VHC to anyone needing services.

The good: home health aide was friendly, provided gentle hands on care. Physical therapy was wonderful.

The bad: home health aide occasionally doesn't show up and messages later in the day with her reasons. The scheduler very rarely bothers to inform patients to changes in their scheduled aide visits. Nurses discharged me despite my continuing needs and goals not being met. Nurses failed to comply with doctor requests for labs which delayed access to treatment for me, causing unnecessary pain and suffering. Notifying supervisor did not lead to changes or improvements in the quality of care. They really don't care about patients and it's obvious. Take your loved...read full review
