I'm shocked at the bad reviews because we had the BEST experience with the vision center, as well as Dr. Spalding attached to the center. Dr. Spalding was so professional, kind, and informative. The vision center was also awesome with a good selection of frames and extremely professional and helpful staff. They were so friendly and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the service we received!!
Dr. Spalding was great to work with. The eye center representatives were all very pleasant and helpful. Never waited more than a minute or two for service. Glasses were priced below any other stores we shopped at and came in ahead of schedule.
Amazing service! Professional yet personal. Willing to go above and beyond to make sure they had accurate measurements. I was thrilled that she discovered why my glasses still didn't let me see up close well. Highly recommend!
