I called at 9:50am and said I need help! My eye got hit by my 3 year olds finger nail last night. They said can you be here at 10:45. I got a quick Uber ride and got here, it's 11:15am. My eye is inspected, dyed to see scratch, numbed and now I can see my phone. Best service you'll find. I came from Red Bank here because Dr Mullins is amazing!!

I have been coming to this office for 11 years. After I had my son my vision went to awful . They explained so much to me and had helped me along my way. I love how helpful, friendly, and supportive the staff is. Dr. Mullins actually explained alot to me about my eyes. He is very patient and doesn't rush me. Always making sure my prescription is accurate and the frames I have I am happy with. After moving from Ooltewah, I still see them. I have referred people to him. His office is handicap accessible & easy to get to, right off 75. Thabk you for always being amazing.

Kind, friendly office staff. Dr Mullins really takes the time to figure out your case, even if it’s complex. I appreciate his attentive care and recommend anyone who needs a good optometrist to come see him. The main place for improvement would be an easier time getting through by phone. However, oddly enough, you can text the office number and it is very easy to reach someone during business hours to schedule a new appt, update insurance info, etc. Overall excellent practice with minor quirks. Highly recommend.
