So glad I went with Thatcher's, no need to call anyone else. Especially if you're in Apison, Ooltewah or collegedale. Great experience from the moment she answered to after my car was towed to the awesome shop (Apison Auto). Thatcher's went above and beyond to accommodate me, so helpful and saved me time and money. The price is great and the service is better. Thank you for coming to my rescue and everything. You've been amazing. It felt like asking a family friend for a favor. Hands down glad I called you guys. P. S. I didn't even have to change out of my pajamas this morning.

Giving 5 ***** stars. Was involved in an accident and he showed up before the police. The gentleman even waited for 45mins or longer for police to arrive tow fair was reasonably cheap. Extremely fast and responsive, and was extremely gentle with my car.
