I’ve had a great experience with Summit physical therapy. After my shoulder Surgery I struggled with many of may regular activities. I couldn’t raise my arm above my shoulder or reach the seatbelt across my body when ridding in the passenger seat. I am now able to everything with my left arm with confidence and feel comfortable getting back into the gym. The entire staff was welcoming and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 experience at Summit Physical Therapy!
If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend Summit Physical Therapy in Ooltewah. After a bad fall in late April, my physician recommended physical therapy for my recovery. I had never had a need for physical therapy, so when asked, I chose Summit PT in Ooltewah simply because it was close to my home. I feel so blessed that I made that choice! The entire staff made me feel so welcome. Nic, the Clinic Manager, did my initial assessment. Kaylee, the front desk receptionist set up all my appointments and handled everything related to my insurance. Ryan Edwards was my physical therapist. “I recently completed nine weeks of physical therapy at Summit Physical Therapy and had an excellent experience. The staff was informative, dedicated, and professional while also making me feel like a friend rather than just a patient. The atmosphere in the office reflected true teamwork and a family spirit without ever losing its professional decorum.
I especially enjoyed when the PT trainee would demonstrate and do some of the exercises alongside me—it made the sessions encouraging and engaging. I am very grateful for the care, support, and expertise I received throughout my therapy journey.
