I am so impressed with this company! Our AC died and they were out on the same day. I bought a new AC and because of a cancelled installation, it was installed the very next day! Aaron was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! He spoke with me over the phone to answer additional questions and even arranged for the earlier installation for us! He was an incredible help to us!! Dale’s Heating and Air will be my “go to” provider from now on!
Jason Kain was absolutely wonderful. He came out, found the problem, and explained to me what happened and why my mini splint wasn’t cooling. Simple fix after a power outage. I’m truly grateful that it was a simple solution. He also got me signed up for fall and spring maintenance. Thank you Jason and Pioneer!
