We have not had great luck with Dales in the past. However, this is our first time using them since they were bought, and Curtis was outstanding. Very informative, professional, and knowledgeable.
Jared was very personable and informative about our ac unit. He was not pushy and did as much maintenance as possible for the age of our unit. He gave us insight on what to expect from our 18 yr old ac/heating unit. We will be calling Dale’s again in the future.
I used Dale's Heating & Air to install a mini split in my daughter's room which is over our garage. They came out next day and installed the unit and cleaned everything before leaving the job. My techs were Brian and Joseph, and they were great to work with. Took the time to show me how the unit works and how to program if desired. Always great service with Dale's! Very pleased with my experience!
