Andy is an exceptionally skilled diagnostician and took a proactive approach to my care even before surgery, designing safe, modified weight training that prepared my body and made a huge difference in my recovery. I truly believe that pre-op work is the reason I did so well post-op.
His one-on-one approach to patient care allows him to find what drives and motivates his clients. He is deeply dedicated to getting people back to the sports and activities they love, not just “checking boxes.” Incorporating my specific sport into my rehab and exercise program made everything feel purposeful and motivating.
I would highly recommend AJ Physical Therapy. I went in with extreme pain in my left leg and Andy did an amazing job assessing my problem and doing therapy and sending me home with a protocol I could follow to help me with my pain and recovery. The communication and correspondence were very helpful. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him!
