Will did an awesome job with our new construction home. He was familiar with our builder (Beazer Homes) and knew exactly what to look for. The process was seamless, and I was able to give the contractor the report ahead of our walkthrough. The aerial drone footage of the roof was done in great detail. Will also made solid recommendations on what to look for on our one-year warrantee. His depth of knowledge regarding Radon is an invaluable asset that is so important in an area like Middle TN. I will use Will for any future home inspections we may need.
Will does a very thorough inspection employing all sorts of toys like drones and robots. He is super responsive and communicates very well. Report was available within 24 hours. I will use him for all of my area real estate inspections.
Will was superb on our new (to us) home inspection! Super detailed, great quality report, and was willing to help out in any ways possible to further inspect the house. He gives a clear and straight forward report with a highlight summary of the key findings along with recommendations on how to maintain stuff around the house. I would recommend him 10/10!
