I am not one to usually write reviews, but I had to after the superior service I received today from Mr. Crocker. I lost my FOB on my new car at my place of employment. With Push-To-Start systems, losing the FOB is no bueno and my car was essentially stuck in the parking lot at work. I had to have two FOBs made since I lost the original. The Ford Dealer charged my over $500 for two OEM Fobs because the key and FOB were two different pieces. I had to hunt around with three different dealers to find the parts I needed. CHECK WITH MR. CROCKER BEFORE YOU BUY ANY PARTS FROM THE DEALER BECAUSE THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE HE HAS YOUR FOB IN STOCK FOR A CHEAPER PRICE. Please learn from my mistake you guys. We set the appointment for 9 AM and Mr. Crocker called me prior to leaving out to confirm I would be there to render his services. From the very minute he arrived, he was very kind and professional. In 15 minutes I had two new FOBs programmed to my car and keys made. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. There is a reason all of the dealers recommend and use Mr. Crocker. His prices are very reasonable. He simply is the best around West TN!
