First of all, the field supervisor, Mikhail, came over to access the situation, and to give me repair options. Naturally, he was knowledgeable and professional.
Two days later, Josh, Shannon, and Jake completed the entire sewer line replacement IN ONE SHIFT. One shift! The quality of their work was true art! Fast, efficient, and masterful!
