Fast, friendly service! Duplicated my key quicker than the box store and cost less too! Very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the issue I was having with my key. Can’t recommend them enough!

Outstanding service!! And they take customers from Lenoir City as well! Michael was very professional and smart, figured out the problem very fast, fixed broken locks and rekeyed our house.We called other locksmith company before, thought they were more local, but it was a weird chain with a bunch of people calling you from the call center but nobody could give you even an approximate estimate or confirm an appointment in advance.Oak Ridge Locksmiths are the best! Very affordable prices too!

Stopped by the shop to have 5 locks rekeyed on advice of the owner for the most effective way to get my new homes lock keys all rekeyed the same. Was able to purchase two used locks at a cost effective price.Work was quick and I'm very happy with the results.I was also able to have them schedule to come out and put a deadbolt in a door that currently doesn't have one.
