My husband has many skin issues and needs to see a dermatologist regularly. Many friends recommended Dr. Smith so at the end of December I called to get him an appointment. The first available was the beginning of April, the last appointment of the day. After waiting for 3 months to be seen and being hopeful it was a letdown. He rushed through the appointment, did not do a full exam (which is initially why the appointment was made, to look for suspicious freckles/moles), he even made a comment about him being the last one of the day before a holiday weekend.
