I do NOT RECOMMEND!! apparently the company can go back and change your DO NOT RECOMMEND status to a recommend status? I'll get to the bottom of that too. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The owner of this company, Johnny Lay is not a man of his word nor does he have the integrity to run a business like this. He has lied about finishing a job at my West Knoxville property that he double charged me for and did half the work that was discussed. I was told it would take a day to a day and a half and they took three full days. I had Champion Pro LLC wash the exterior of our house, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. They used a soft wash system that was gentle on our surfaces but still left our house looking spotless. The results were incredible – all the dirt, algae, and grime were completely gone, and our home looks brand new.
