I am so impressed by the staff at this location. Carley has stood out to me bc she has gone over and beyond with her customer service. She approaches you in a non sales manner and it worked bc i bought more than i intended to originally. The new scents and the way I was treated I won't go to another Buff location for my shopping. Thx again Carley for your service and professionalism

All three workers in the store today at noon were fantastic. When I say all three I really mean each one of them added to my experience and I will not be going to a different Buff City unless absolutely needed. I was met at the door by a young lady who was excited to help me mix my laundry soap. While she mixed I shopped around and was offered a basket and information about new products by a young man. I talked to the third employee by the checkout about the mystery boxes and they were very encouraging and excited to see me open them. Overall, great experience. If I were a business owner, these are the people I would want working for me!
