Very quick- reasonable priced- quality replacements parts as well as quality service. I have found Mike to be trustworthy and just a nice guy. I have used more than once for a big job and a little job. Even got advice over the phone while he was on vacation which pointed me in the right direction for the repair. Just ask yourself who in this day and age really does that for a customer? Well, Mike will and has done it. I recommend him highly.

I was beginning to think the smell would never go away. For WEEKS this rancid smell would come from our laundry room and nothing we tried fixed it. (we were having to hold our breath to do laundry it was that bad)I called Mike, he was quick to get me scheduled on his calendar, found the issue and explained to me the solution..This guy acquired the parts needed and came back out ON HIS BIRTHDAY to make sure the problem was fixed quickly. Mike is the definition of going the extra mile for his customers.The smell is gone and I just can't recommend Back the Blue Plumbing enough!

And when he got here the job was more than we all thought but he got it done within a timely manner. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs.
