Purchased tooling and adapters for my grinder. They sold me adapters for my grinder that do not hold the diamonds in place. Sales rep finally told me he knew they didn't work prior to selling them to me. Called headquarters and never got a call back about issue. So now I have $1500 in tooling I can't use.

I used a set of CPS 400’s to cut a very thin coat of densifier on a dyed polish floor and the resin transfer/scratches have held me up a day costing me literally thousands of dollars. I simply asked for a refund but they will not, instead they’re offering me a different set of 400’s (the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review). If they work, I’ll likely delete my negative review. If I never get them It’s gonna be a more well written 1 star review on every platform I can find CPS.
