I have seen other reviews about the poor customer service, and I have to agree. There is nothing "pro" about Pro-Line. I got a fence estimate from the MONTHS ago, and to date they have not responded to my follow up emails. I even reached out to the corporate office....nothing....still no response. There are MANY alternatives to using Pro-Line, and I recommend contacting someone else!

The best fence company in the Nashville area and it’s not even close. Genuine down to earth workers. Pro line did an excellent job on our fence and did at in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!Service: Wood fence installation

Terrible response time! Called about a fence repair some 3 weeks ago, was told an appointment needed to be set which we scheduled. The day of the scheduled appointment I received a call asking if I could send a picture of the damaged fence which I provided that same day. Another week when by with no response so I emailed or text. I was told they were working on it. Today I called (3 weeks) person took down the same information that I had to provide on the initial call. Is there way of perhaps saying they do not what this small repair business? Fine sell me what I need and I will repair it.
