Going to Cryo and Contour has been an amazing life changing experience!!! Dr. Poe is the best doctor ever!!!! She is very personable and provides the greatest of care!!! I truly appreciate Dr. Poe giving me a personalized plan to assist me with meeting my health goals. I feel so much bette and I thank God for my transformation!!! ?????

I started off at another weight loss clinic for 1.5 years and lost 15 pounds. I did not feel valued as a person. Two family members recommended cryo and contour. It took a couple of months to decide to switch because I did not want to be in another weight loss clinic just like the one that I was in. I am so glad that I did the switch. I am now 48 pounds down in 7 months. I have more energy and I am able to get through plateaus. My wife has also lost weight. The amazing thing is , we are at the same clinic but on two different plans because we are different. I recommend this place to everyone. Just do what the doctor says and you will be Alright!!!
