This is our 2nd time working with Clark. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He is diligent in communicating every step of the way. First time was last summer for A/C. Our home warranty company tried several local contractors to get our system working during the hottest weeks of summer. We were without A/C for almost 6 weeks when Clark was sent out. He personally found a motor and had it replaced within one day. Our heat pump started making screeching sounds on Sunday. We didn't wait until system stopped working and called him yesterday. He was here this morning. He replaced motor and capacitor. We didn't have any downtime for heat. GREAT job!
