Tommy has been a huge help in our process of purchasing and developing a property in Cosby. He advised us on septic placement, coordinated electric hookup for our camper and for building, removed trees, dug trenches, graded a gravel driveway and made us a camper pad which is perfectly level. He made many extra trips out for us, helped work out the least disruptive solution for power access with our neighbor, and most importantly always picks up the phone. We are grateful for his work and highly recommend!
