These guys are #1 in my book. We called them and they called right back that day. They came out to look at our septic which was backed up. They had to make the decision not to pump the septic because of a cracked lid without consulting our landlord. That was a very professional move. Not only was the lid cracked but once the landlord came out and we got to digging up further, it was discovered that there was this hole about 10-12" around that back in the day when someone tried to fix the lines they covered the hole with something biodegradable. Called at 10:30 that morning and they arrived about an hour and a half later. Dug up the access ports to my septic tank and had it pumped and inspected within an hour. Excellent service and price. Highly recommend Goode Septic Service!
