I purchased a product through your licensed retailer, Furniture Fair in Louisville Kentucky. During delivery, their team damaged the sofa and scratched two exterior doors. The retailer attempted a repair but came with incorrect parts and has ignored follow-up requests for months.

While the manufacturer is not responsible for the delivery, this review documents that one of your authorized dealers has shown repeated failures, poor communication, and lack of accountability. Other customers should be aware of these issues when purchasing through Furniture Fair.

England furniture had the nerve to offer me a $1000 credit to purchase a new living room after mine last me 4 years and paying $6000 are they crazy do they think I would put another $5000 in to buy a new set thanks for the offer but you know what you can do with your $1000 are you a joke

Beautiful furniture and attention to detail. We ordered two accent chairs with an abstract pattern and the pair were made with the complex pattern matching from chair to chair. Great job!

I ordered 2 recliners and they are very comfortable.

Sectional came missing the bracket that connected the two pieces together. Had to go back and get them from the showroom floor.

We bought a swivel rocker with a mid century modern feel and are very happy with it.
